Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain complex staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
- Proactively address scheduling conflicts and gaps, providing quick, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing levels with operational demands.
- Prepare and process accurate administrative documentation, reports, and internal records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding shifts and administrative protocols.
- Monitor and track attendance, leave requests, and performance metrics to identify scheduling trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding rostering standards.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the internal rostering and management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in rostering, dispatch, or high-volume administrative coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and scheduling software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
