  • Manage and maintain complex staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
  • Proactively address scheduling conflicts and gaps, providing quick, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing levels with operational demands.
  • Prepare and process accurate administrative documentation, reports, and internal records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding shifts and administrative protocols.
  • Monitor and track attendance, leave requests, and performance metrics to identify scheduling trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding rostering standards.
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity within the internal rostering and management systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in rostering, dispatch, or high-volume administrative coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and scheduling software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a remote or hybrid team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support roles is highly advantageous.
