Tanggung Jawab
- Manage stock allocation and replenishment for all stores across multiple channels and product categories
- Analyze sales data to identify bestsellers and slow-moving products
- Develop and implement allocation strategies to optimize inventory turnover
- Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust allocation plans based on demand forecasts
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance and allocation effectiveness
- Train and mentor junior allocators on allocation processes and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to allocation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or retail allocation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a retail or consumer products environment preferred
