Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords to maximize visibility and sales performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent overselling
- Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings and positive reviews
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments, manage returns, and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions in compliance with Amazon policies
- Assist in product research and sourcing activities to identify profitable opportunities in the Amazon marketplace
- Support various administrative tasks and special projects as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce VA, or similar role in Amazon operations
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and FBM processes and best practices
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of online marketing, SEO, and product research methodologies
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
