Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate engaging extracurricular lessons for students of varying age groups.
- Cultivate a safe, supportive, and creative classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Guide students in developing technical skills, artistic creativity, and effective teamwork abilities.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain classroom resources and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and student needs.
- Collaborate with the AME team to improve curriculum quality and program effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in teaching, youth mentoring, or facilitating educational workshops.
- Strong background or demonstrable interest in Arts, Education, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire young students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children/teenagers.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of managing group dynamics effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in education are a plus.
- Residency in or near Denpasar, Bali is required.
