Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and conduct engaging extracurricular activities aligned with educational objectives
- Guide students in developing artistic and creative skills through hands-on learning
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop cohesive educational programs
- Prepare necessary materials and resources for each session
- Maintain a safe and organized learning space for all activities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and club administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong artistic or creative skills relevant to the specific program area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education and the arts
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check
