Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate dynamic extracurricular activities that align with AME Art & Education Club’s curriculum.
- Guide students in developing technical skills, artistic creativity, and personal discipline.
- Encourage effective teamwork and communication among students during group sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and highly engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare instructional materials and activity supplies in advance of scheduled sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of students.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, Vocational school degree, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, or a related field.
- Proven passion for working with children and facilitating creative youth programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Patience, high energy, and a genuine desire to mentor young minds.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a classroom setting.
- Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule in Surabaya.
- Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or volunteering is highly preferred.
