In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of artists by facilitating engaging extracurricular music activities.

You will guide students of varying skill levels through structured programs designed to enhance their technical proficiency, foster confidence, and encourage collaborative teamwork. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons tailored to students' needs and skill levels.
- Facilitate extracurricular music workshops that promote creativity and artistic exploration.
- Encourage and mentor students to participate in performances and collaborative group ensembles.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Organize music materials and equipment for daily instructional activities.
- Collaborate with the educational team to develop new music curriculum initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven proficiency in at least one musical instrument (piano, guitar, violin, or vocal specialization preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or leading youth-oriented programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain musical theory and technique clearly.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in music pedagogy.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with classroom management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the extracurricular schedule.
