Join Great Eastern's prestigious Group AML Governance Function as a Team Lead and spearhead our fight against financial crime. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate compliance strategies aligned with MAS 314 regulations while driving organizational excellence in anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism frameworks. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to develop robust governance policies, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and implement cutting-edge compliance controls that protect our institution and clients.
Your leadership will directly influence the evolution of our compliance culture through training programs, regulatory advocacy, and stakeholder collaboration across business units. You'll stay at the forefront of regulatory developments, ensuring our governance framework remains resilient against emerging threats. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute MAS 314 compliance governance initiatives across the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, and control frameworks
- Oversee AML/CFT risk assessments and mitigation strategies for financial crime prevention
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and audits with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance monitoring systems and governance mechanisms
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams within the AML governance function
- Collaborate with business units to embed compliance requirements into operational processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field; CAMS/CFE certification preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in AML/CFT compliance with 3+ years in team leadership
- Expert knowledge of MAS 314 and Singapore's regulatory landscape
- Proven experience developing and implementing governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment methodology expertise
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced financial services environment
