- Develop comprehensive financial policies and strategies for corporate entities and subsidiaries
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions and funding opportunities
- Prepare financial models and reports for performance evaluation and forecasting
- Monitor budget compliance and financial health across business units
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on financial operations
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with business goals
- Present financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
- Experience with Indonesian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
