Join TransJakarta's dynamic infrastructure team as an Analis Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana, where you'll drive the strategic development of Jakarta's public transportation infrastructure. This critical role requires you to conduct comprehensive analysis, planning, development, and evaluation of infrastructure assets aligned with operational standards and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure projects optimize efficiency, safety, and sustainability while supporting TransJakarta's mission to revolutionize urban mobility. Your expertise will directly impact the growth and modernization of one of Southeast Asia's largest bus rapid transit systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze infrastructure requirements to support TransJakarta's operational expansion and modernization
- Develop comprehensive infrastructure development plans compliant with operational standards and regulations
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed infrastructure projects
- Monitor and evaluate existing infrastructure performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of development plans
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting infrastructure development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure planning and development
- Strong understanding of Indonesian infrastructure regulations and operational standards
- Proficiency in infrastructure analysis tools (AutoCAD, GIS, BIM software)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
- Experience with public transportation infrastructure is highly desirable
