Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for infrastructure and energy projects.
- Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt financing transactions for clients.
- Prepare and present pitch decks, investment memos, and client reports to senior stakeholders and external investors.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify new investment opportunities and competitive landscape insights.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and engineering experts, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Manage the deal lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely delivery of project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in debt advisory, investment banking, or project finance.
- Strong understanding of debt structures, capital markets, and infrastructure investment vehicles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
