Transportation Solutions Indonesia is seeking a visionary Kios Agent Freelance Ecosystem Lead to spearhead our nationwide merchant ecosystem expansion. You will architect and execute a comprehensive strategic growth framework, driving agent acquisition and merchant network development within our CBT ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can identify emerging market opportunities, forge key partnerships, and optimize operational processes to scale our ecosystem efficiently. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance agent profitability and merchant engagement, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies, reduce churn, and maximize ecosystem value across Indonesia's dynamic transportation landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement nationwide strategic growth plans for merchant ecosystem and agent acquisition under CBT framework
- Identify, onboard, and train new kios agents while maintaining performance benchmarks
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the merchant ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform ecosystem expansion strategies
- Optimize operational processes to enhance agent retention and ecosystem scalability
- Collaborate with product teams to develop ecosystem-specific tools and resources
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for ecosystem performance improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in ecosystem management, agent acquisition, or business development
- Proven track record designing and executing strategic growth plans in B2B environments
- Deep understanding of CBT framework and Indonesian transportation sector dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and performance metrics
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation capabilities with stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in ecosystem management tools and CRM platforms
