PT Tambang Sulawesi Hijau is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Corporate Performance & Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, identifying strategic bottlenecks, and implementing performance improvement initiatives that directly impact our organizational growth.
You will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of corporate strategy, process optimization, and change management within the mining and natural resources sector. You will be responsible for institutionalizing a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every operational department aligns with our corporate efficiency goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze corporate operational data to identify performance gaps and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various business units.
- Design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects to optimize resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align departmental workflows with corporate strategic objectives.
- Prepare high-level analytical reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on operational failures and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or performance improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements or cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Deep understanding of lean methodology, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial-focused corporate environment.
