Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-volume daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and currencies.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items and variances in a timely manner.
- Execute month-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage open items to ensure aging reports are kept within target parameters.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable departments to address transactional issues.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with global accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare accurate financial schedules and audit documentation for internal and external reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in bank reconciliation or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of full-cycle accounting principles and bank statement processing.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle high-volume data with precision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Taguig City.
