Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Business Management team in executing key strategic initiatives and operational objectives for the CIB division.
- Prepare comprehensive management reporting, including financial performance analysis, revenue trends, and cost efficiency metrics.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategic targets.
- Facilitate governance and control activities, including internal audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, Finance, Risk, and IT teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain high-quality presentation materials for senior management and executive-level committees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital automation to enhance overall team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business management, financial analysis, or consulting within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros preferred) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Understanding of CIB products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
