AIA Digital+ is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Analyst, Cloud Application Transformation to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the modernization of our application landscape, translating complex business needs into robust, scalable technical blueprints.
As part of our Digital+ initiative, you will work closely with stakeholders to map system workflows, optimize data flows, and ensure our cloud applications are performing at their peak. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Map and analyze end-to-end system workflows and data integration flows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to validate technical feasibility and application behavior.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical squads to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
- Document existing system processes and design future-state architectures that leverage cloud-native capabilities.
- Monitor application performance post-transformation and implement data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within cloud-focused transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
