- Analyze corporate account operations to identify efficiency improvements and process optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain operational reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT and business units to implement new systems and enhance operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks
- Support the COO in strategic initiatives by conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Manage stakeholder communications across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations or corporate services
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in matrixed teams
