Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large and complex datasets to support corporate strategy and business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop, validate, and implement data science models and algorithms to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.
- Conduct statistical analysis and research to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and executives effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data and non-technical business units.
