Tanggung Jawab
- Standardize and optimize billing processes across the Elevator Installation division
- Design, implement, and maintain RPA solutions for EI billing automation
- Analyze billing data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with JSG stakeholders to align automation strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Document processes and create training materials for automation tools
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot automation issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics billing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools
