Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual group financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and US SEC reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and regional finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate audit processes.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports.
- Monitor and research new accounting pronouncements (US GAAP and SEC) to assess their impact on the company's financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate consolidation of financial data across multiple entities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the financial reporting cycle.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and management reporting requests as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, auditing, or corporate finance.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Experience in the technology, e-commerce, or digital entertainment sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
