Sea Limited is seeking a highly analytical Financial Reporting & Analysis Analyst to join our HQ Finance department. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in supporting the accounting and finance functions for our three core business pillars.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial data, provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making, and uphold high standards of reporting excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Perform variance analysis on financial performance, identifying key drivers and potential business impacts.
- Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with regional accounting teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis on specific business units to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects, including system implementations or process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or management accounting.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and technical accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
