- Translate and localize complex Japanese trade compliance regulations and technical data into English with high accuracy.
- Utilize AI-driven platforms and content management systems to process, update, and maintain global trade content databases.
- Analyze and interpret Japanese trade laws to ensure global content aligns with current regulatory standards.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure data consistency and compliance across all outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow processes.
- Research and document changes in international trade rules to keep content repositories current.
Kualifikasi
- Native or Fluent proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and excellent English writing skills.
- Strong understanding of international trade concepts, including Incoterms, HS codes, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with using AI tools or search engines for information retrieval is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Law, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
