Join Air Liquide's Asia Pacific Business Service Centers (BSC) in Kuala Lumpur as an HR Service Analyst, where you'll drive operational excellence for our global HR functions. This pivotal role within our APAC hub serves as the backbone of HR service delivery, supporting thousands of employees across Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai. You'll leverage data analytics to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with regional labor standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR initiatives.
As a key contributor to our service transformation, you'll analyze HR service metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that shape employee-centric policies. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver seamless HR services while maintaining Air Liquide's reputation as a global leader in industrial gases and technologies. This hybrid role combines hands-on process analysis with strategic problem-solving in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze HR service delivery metrics and employee feedback to identify process optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain HR service dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement service improvement initiatives across APAC
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor regulations and company HR policies
- Support HR system implementations and integrations for service enhancement
- Handle complex HR service escalations and provide data-driven solutions
- Document HR processes and service level agreements for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, service centers, or analytics
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP/HCM, Workday) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex HR datasets
- Experience with employee service metrics (CSAT, FCR, resolution rates)
- Knowledge of APAC HR compliance frameworks and labor laws
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
