Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track departmental performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational targets.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify the root causes of performance gaps and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards for stakeholders to track progress and milestone completion.
- Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine performance metrics and align them with the broader corporate strategy.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations that translate technical performance data into strategic business intelligence.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in all performance-related documentation and tracking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Background in the energy or utility sector is highly preferred but not required.
