Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational KPIs to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize fulfillment processes and reduce cycle times.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses on operational discrepancies to implement corrective actions.
- Support the design and execution of strategic projects aimed at scaling our fulfillment and delivery capabilities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management to support data-backed decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process re-engineering solutions to improve cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or data analytics, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure e-commerce environment.
