Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure goods/services from global suppliers while ensuring compliance with Supply Chain procedures
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to optimize procurement strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align procurement with technical requirements
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation including RFQs, contracts, and performance reports
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and process efficiencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of procurement or sourcing experience in manufacturing/aviation sector preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation desirable
- Excellent negotiation abilities and vendor relationship management expertise
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
