Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and Level 2/3 support for existing software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals and technical reports.
- Collaborate with QA teams to conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Analyst Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, Python, PHP).
- Solid experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
