Loanworks Technologies is currently seeking a detail-oriented Analyst Programmer Support specializing in C# .Net to join our growing team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our technical operations, supporting the end-to-end roll-out of new system installations. You will work hand-in-hand with the Service Desk Manager and various cross-functional groups to ensure seamless software deployment and user adoption. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the full lifecycle of new system installations, ensuring successful deployment across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk Manager and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application errors to minimize downtime.
- Document technical procedures, user manuals, and standard operating guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency with new software releases.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Communicate technical updates and status reports to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework or .NET Core.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and experience writing queries.
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk or Technical Support environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
