Lexmark International, a global leader in imaging and IoT solutions, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst, Programs & Partner Support to join our XFS (eXperience & Financial Services) team in Cebu City. This is a pivotal role within our organization, acting as the bridge between partner success, financial integrity, and operational excellence.
Lexmark’s XFS business unit is a market leader in providing intelligent data capture and financial transaction processing solutions worldwide. As the Analyst for Programs & Partner Support, you will be entrusted with the data and financial frameworks that empower our channel partners to succeed. You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, operational reporting, and program management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment across all partner-facing operations. In this hybrid role based in Cebu City, you will collaborate closely with global teams across Sales, Finance, and IT.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the administration and execution of global partner programs, including rebates, incentives, and commissions.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and month-end close activities to support P&L management.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports for partner performance and business health.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline partner onboarding and support processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX controls through meticulous documentation and process adherence.
- Support strategic projects with ad-hoc financial modeling and reporting to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or partner/channel program support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hybrid team setup.
