As a key pillar of our supply chain network, you will be the critical link between demand forecasting and inventory management, ensuring our iconic brands like Glade, Raid, Ziploc, and Mr. Muscle are perfectly positioned to meet consumer needs.
In this role, you will leverage advanced supply chain planning methodologies to balance target customer service levels with cost-effective inventory optimization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Manufacturing to mitigate supply risks, manage the lifecycle of finished goods, and drive continuous improvement in our S&OP process. Your data-driven insights will directly influence production schedules and distribution strategies, making a tangible impact on business performance and sustainability goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage supply planning for a portfolio of finished goods, optimizing inventory levels to achieve target service levels and business objectives.
- Analyze demand signals, production capacities, and material constraints to develop a robust, cost-efficient supply plan that balances customer needs with cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales to resolve supply issues, manage product transitions, and support the S&OP cycle.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turns, Fill Rate, Days of Supply) and prepare insightful performance reports for management.
- Lead supply review meetings, communicating risks and driving mitigation strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Leverage SAP (APO/ECC) and advanced Excel to perform data analysis, scenario simulation, and system enhancements.
- Identify and execute process improvements within the supply planning function to drive operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Analytics within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (APO/ECC) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros). Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain concepts including S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting complex data succinctly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM) is a distinct advantage.
