Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for consumer technology? Informa Markets is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst for our TV and CE (Consumer Electronics) research division. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Omdia research team, delivering high-quality intelligence and market insights that shape the global technology landscape.
You will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex datasets related to global TV set shipments and consumer electronics trends. Your work will provide our global clients with the quarterly vendor sell-in reports and strategic insights they need to stay ahead of the curve. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a knack for identifying market trends within the technology sector, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Omdia's global TV set and consumer electronics research databases.
- Produce accurate, timely quarterly data reports on vendor sell-in shipments and market performance.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and shifts in consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to ensure data integrity and methodology consistency.
- Develop insightful commentaries and executive summaries based on technical research findings.
- Support client inquiries and provide subject matter expertise on TV and CE market dynamics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research tools and forecasting models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or the consumer electronics industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of the global consumer electronics supply chain or technology market landscape is highly desirable.
