Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced instrumentation
- Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for quality assurance protocols
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards for cosmetics manufacturing
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
- Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related analytical science field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QC laboratory environment, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG
- Proficiency in operating HPLC, GC, FTIR, and other analytical instrumentation
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and cosmetic regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Validated experience in method development and validation protocols
- Effective communication skills with ability to present technical findings clearly
