Agrinusa Jaya Santosa is seeking a highly skilled Analytical Supervisor R&D to join our dynamic team in Klapanunggal. As the Analytical Supervisor, you will lead the R&D analytical laboratory, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical product development. You will be responsible for overseeing complex analytical workflows, driving process improvements, and ensuring that all laboratory activities comply with international quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily analytical R&D laboratory activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Lead the development, validation, and verification of analytical methods to ensure product quality and safety.
- Coordinate the successful transfer of analytical methods from R&D to the production/quality control department.
- Ensure all laboratory instrumentation is calibrated, maintained, and operated in accordance with safety and compliance protocols.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior laboratory staff to maintain high performance and technical standards.
- Analyze complex data sets, interpret results, and prepare detailed technical reports for management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support new product development and improvement of existing formulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting within the R&D or Quality Control sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.
- Proven expertise in method development and validation (ICH guidelines knowledge is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising a team of analysts or technicians.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in data management software and strong attention to detail.
