Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical Data Engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Develop, document, and maintain scalable data models that support complex analytical reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data pipeline enhancements.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure high levels of accuracy across all reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven automation.
- Optimize SQL queries and data transformation processes to improve performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to analytics consumers to drive data literacy across the organization.
- Monitor data workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or inconsistencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an Analytics Engineer or Data Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with data modeling concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and data integrity.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
