Tanggung Jawab
- Build, lead, and manage the analytics function, including infrastructure, reporting, and insights delivery
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and security
- Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Translate analytics findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization
- Mentor and develop a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and strategies
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies, implementing best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
