Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement credit risk analytics models using statistical techniques (logistic regression, survival analysis)
- Analyze large-scale transactional data to identify emerging risk patterns and trends
- Design and automate performance dashboards for real-time risk monitoring
- Collaborate with credit operations team to refine lending policies and approval criteria
- Ensure compliance with BSP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Present complex analytical findings to senior stakeholders through executive reports
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and model validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in credit risk analytics within BFSI sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Scikit-learn), and R
- Certification in FRM, PRM, or equivalent risk management qualification
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Miner or similar analytical platforms
- Strong understanding of Philippine banking regulations (Circular 914, BSP guidelines)
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for loan default prediction
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex analytics to business impact
