Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for process instrumentation and system integration? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyzer Project Engineer to join our team in Kulai, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary lead responsible for the effective and efficient execution of analyzer projects, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and rigorous technical standards.
As our Analyzer Project Engineer, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design and procurement to site installation, commissioning, and final project handover. You will act as the technical bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for analyzer system installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of specialized analyzer equipment and instrumentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and commissioning checklists.
- Conduct on-site inspections and technical oversight to ensure adherence to safety standards and design specifications.
- Serve as the technical liaison for clients, addressing project concerns and providing expert recommendations for system optimization.
- Supervise installation teams and contractors to ensure work quality and adherence to site safety policies.
- Manage project risk, identifying potential bottlenecks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process analyzer engineering or industrial project management.
- Proven technical knowledge of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and online process analyzers.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel to site locations within the Johor region as required by project demands.
