As an Anaplan Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and business requirements, ensuring our planning models are robust, scalable, and highly effective for our stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Anaplan models to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Perform regular data loads, manage model workspaces, and ensure the integrity of data integrations between source systems and Anaplan.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automated solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure optimal platform adoption.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues within the Anaplan environment to maintain system stability.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate model outputs against financial business rules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools, specifically Anaplan.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Anaplan Model Builder Certification is highly preferred.
