Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex financial planning models using Anaplan platform
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Anaplan solutions
- Validate data integrity and perform reconciliations across planning modules
- Create automated reporting dashboards for financial performance analysis
- Support implementation of new Anaplan features and integration with enterprise systems
- Train users on Anaplan functionalities and best practices
- Optimize model performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Advanced proficiency in Anaplan platform with model-building expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and business logic
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in Anaplan or related planning tools preferred
