- Oversee end-to-end annotation program execution across international teams
- Define annotation guidelines, quality standards, and workflow protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on project objectives
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Implement quality control mechanisms for data accuracy and consistency
- Train and mentor annotation teams on best practices and tools

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years program management experience in data annotation/AI
- Proven track record leading international teams
- Expertise in annotation tools and quality assurance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
