Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive simulation models using AnyLogic software tailored to warehouse and logistics scenarios.
- Analyze operational data and process flows to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct extensive simulation runs and sensitivity analysis to validate model accuracy against real-world performance.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, technical simulation logic and diagrams.
- Present simulation results, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding simulation tools and model interpretation.
- Stay updated with the latest AnyLogic features and simulation best practices to enhance project deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) using AnyLogic (Process Modeling, Agent Based, or System Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling complex operational issues.
