Compliant Business Processing is seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our client accounts, ensuring seamless operational flow through the CargoWise One ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling complex logistics invoices, and providing actionable financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable lifecycle within the CargoWise One environment.
- Perform daily invoice verification, data entry, and GL coding for complex transport and logistics operations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and client accounts to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to optimize cash flow management.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial entries are compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies in shipping documentation.
- Generate accurate financial summaries and ad-hoc reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in CargoWise One is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an AP/AR or billing role within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and billing cycles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with international clients.
