- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for the Asia-Pacific region aligned with Bureau Veritas' global objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team across multiple countries
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and performance metrics
- Optimize the supply chain to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
- Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies in the procurement function
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and sustainable procurement practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing procurement transformation strategies
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, methodologies, and technologies
- Experience managing procurement operations across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of industry-specific procurement challenges in manufacturing, transport, and logistics
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions based on insights
