Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional distributor acquisition strategies across APAC markets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in probiotics/food ingredients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and industry stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for distributor requirements
- Analyze market performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or probiotics
- Proven track record of developing distributor networks in APAC markets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools
