Are you a seasoned sales professional with a deep technical understanding of the aviation industry? People Profilers is partnering with a prestigious client in the aerospace sector to identify a high-impact APAC Business Development Manager. Based in the strategic hub of Seletar Aerospace Park, you will spearhead market expansion efforts for specialized aircraft braking systems.

In this role, you will be the face of the company across the Asia-Pacific region, bridging the gap between cutting-edge engineering solutions and the complex procurement needs of commercial and military aviation clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate long sales cycles, cultivate executive-level relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth in a competitive high-tech environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and growth strategies for aircraft braking systems across the APAC region.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with MROs, OEMs, and airline operators.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical presentations to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to provide customized solutions that meet specific client performance requirements.
  • Represent the company at international aerospace trade shows and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts within the aviation industry.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics to the global leadership team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in business development or technical sales within the aerospace or aviation component sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value, complex B2B sales cycles involving technical hardware.
  • Deep understanding of the aviation aftermarket, braking systems, or related landing gear components.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is considered a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region to support regional accounts.
