- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share for our healthcare programmes across the APAC region.
- Identify and engage with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and government bodies, to cultivate new business relationships.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet needs within the APAC healthcare sector.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate compelling proposals and contracts to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue generation goals for assigned territories and programmes.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Represent PERSOL at industry conferences, events, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market feedback, and forecast performance to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry within the APAC region.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in complex B2B environments.
- Profound understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Asia-Pacific, including regulatory landscapes, market dynamics, and key players.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC region as required.
