Join Agos Asia as an APAC Business Intelligence Specialist and become a key driver of data-driven decision-making across the Asia-Pacific region. In this pivotal role, you'll design and implement cutting-edge business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to transform complex data into actionable insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for APAC business units
- Design and implement data models using Microsoft Fabric for scalable analytics
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create automated reporting workflows to ensure timely data delivery
- Optimize DAX queries and data transformation processes for performance
- Present insights to leadership teams with clear data-driven recommendations
- Stay current with BI industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Experience developing executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- APAC market experience preferred
