- Lead end-to-end contract management across APAC markets including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Develop comprehensive bid strategies and proposals for complex client opportunities
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify and pursue new business prospects
- Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation across all APAC operations
- Analyze market trends to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning
- Manage stakeholder relationships across legal, finance, and executive leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in contract management or commercial bidding within APAC
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems
