You will work at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, focusing on advanced data modeling, the construction of complex ETL/ELT pipelines, and delivering high-value Power BI solutions. Leveraging the latest in Microsoft Fabric technology, you will help our APAC business units transform raw data into actionable intelligence, driving strategic decision-making across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse source systems into our analytics platform.
- Lead the end-to-end data modeling process, ensuring logical and physical data designs support complex business reporting requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric to architect efficient data solutions that support regional data integration and governance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and high-performance Power BI dashboards.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance to ensure high availability and reliability of data services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure data quality and integrity across the APAC region.
- Participate in peer code reviews and architectural discussions to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, specifically in cloud-based data environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or Scala preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services, specifically Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data lake architectures, and ETL design patterns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural APAC environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
