Are you a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the financial technology sector? MSCI is seeking a dynamic APAC Inside Sales Representative to join our Index business team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our growth in the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with our Sales Coverage teams to expand the reach and adoption of our industry-leading financial indices and analytical tools.

As an Inside Sales expert, you will engage with high-value clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide comprehensive support to help our customers leverage MSCI’s suite of products effectively. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where your ability to communicate complex financial concepts, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive usage adoption will be critical to your success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the APAC region to support Index business growth.
  • Partner with Senior Sales Coverage teams to execute territory plans and enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and educational sessions to increase platform usage and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract support and onboarding.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of MSCI’s index offerings to serve as a subject matter expert for prospective and current clients.
  • Analyze usage data to identify trends, pinpointing areas for potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and research teams to refine value propositions for the APAC market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment processes, and index-based products.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume sales pipelines and consistently meet or exceed performance KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to institutional clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools to track performance and report on pipeline health.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the resilience to navigate complex sales cycles in a competitive regional market.
